Anticipation is a daily devotional written by Connection Church Pastor Larry Mayberry in 2015 for the congregation. It includes scripture, a small story, and a prayer each day. There’s also a hymn at the beginning of each week.
Creator of the Stars is a daily devotional compiled by Luther Seminary in 2015. It has a reading, story, and prayer for each day.
Advent: The Whole Story was written by Paul David Tripp and is a 5 devotional booklet with a more extensive story section and reflection questions at the end of each week. This is a great resource for families or small groups.
For the Love of God
is a daily devotional designed to walk a person through the Bible in a year while assisting the reader in discovering the riches of God’s Word. Originally published by Crossway Books (volume 1 in 1998 and volume 2 in 1999), this “blog” is really not a blog at all, but a free digital version of the devotional provided by The Gospel Coalition and Crossway.
